Our refund policy is governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334).

Cooling-Off Period

From the date upon which you purchase our services, you have a cooling-off period of seven working days during which you are free to cancel the contract between us and receive a full refund of any fees paid. You should note, however, that this cooling-off period and the right to cancel do not apply if we have begun to perform services on your behalf, for example, if you have returned to us your completed questionnaire or have telephoned or e-mailed us with queries regarding your divorce.

How to Cancel and Claim a Refund

If you wish to cancel and obtain a refund within the seven day cooling-off period, and we have not commenced acting for you in any capacity as described above, you must send notice of cancellation in writing by post or email. For our contact details, please go to our "contact us" page.

Refunding of Fees after Cancellation

Upon any valid cancellation, we will refund any fees paid by you in full within, at the very latest, 30 days.
